About Us Hi! We’re Kelly and Carlos — the brains, heart, and occasional glitter explosion behind Heffron Health & Wellness. We are not your cookie-cutter psychiatric team. Kelly Heffron, MSN, PMHNP-BC — CEO, Founder, and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Kelly helps real humans navigate ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and burnout without clinical coldness or sugarcoated nonsense. Her approach is affirming, collaborative, and completely tailored to the person in front of her. You are not a diagnosis, a chart note, or someone who needs to be “fixed.” If you have ever been gaslit, labeled “too sensitive,” or shoved into a box that didn’t fit, you are in the right place. Kelly believes in doing things differently. Come as you are. Swearing is optional. Masks are not required. Healing should feel like a reclamation, not a punishment. Carlos Luna — COO and Chaos Coordinator Carlos is the organizational brain and behind-the-scenes magic that keeps Heffron Health & Wellness running smoothly. As COO and Chaos Coordinator, he connects the big picture with the day-to-day details, making sure every moving part actually works together. Known for turning “we should” into “it’s done,” Carlos manages operations, logistics, marketing, and the kind of problem-solving that usually requires caffeine and a sense of humor. With a talent for bringing structure to creative ideas and occasionally bringing glitter to serious meetings, Carlos ensures the unicorn magic is part of how the practice runs. His mix of sharp business sense, tech know-how, and willingness to take on any challenge keeps both patients and providers supported.
