About

Meet Kelly, Psychiatric NP. Thoughtful care for complex humans.

Hi, I’m Kelly. the heart, clinical brain, and occasional glitter enthusiast behind Heffron Health & Wellness. This practice was created with one guiding principle in mind: mental health care works best when people feel safe, seen, and genuinely valued. Care here is thoughtful, intentional, and built around the individual, because healing happens when you feel understood, not managed. Kelly Heffron, MSN, PMHNP-BC Founder, CEO, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Kelly provides psychiatric care for individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, and major life transitions. Her approach is affirming, collaborative, and deeply personalized, grounded in evidence-based practice while remaining flexible enough to honor the complexity of each person she works with. Patients are not diagnoses or chart notes. They are whole humans with stories, strengths, and lived experiences that deserve respect. Care at Heffron Health & Wellness is centered on partnership, curiosity, and helping people build lives that feel aligned and sustainable. Kelly is especially passionate about supporting individuals who have felt misunderstood or unseen in traditional systems. If you have ever been told you are “too sensitive,” “too intense,” or “too much,” this is a space designed to meet you with understanding rather than judgment. Come as you are. Swearing is optional. Masks are not required. Healing should feel like a reclamation, not a punishment. The Philosophy... Mental health care should feel human. At Heffron Health & Wellness, care is built around the person sitting in front of us. We believe in meeting people where they are, honoring individuality, and creating space for growth without forcing conformity. Our role is to guide, support, and sometimes gently challenge the narratives that no longer serve you, while helping you move forward with clarity and confidence. This is care that values insight, agency, and authenticity over quick fixes or rigid formulas. In Short, Heffron Health & Wellness offers psychiatric care that is individualized, affirming, and grounded in genuine human connection. Built for complexity. Designed for people who refuse to shrink to fit in.
